1. Wide applicability

2. High purification efficiency

The LXS series and WXS series exhaust gas purification towers adopt a two-stage reverse spray and two-stage packing absorption treatment process. The gas-liquid ratio determined by experimental research and the absorption liquid composition prepared according to the main components of the exhaust gas ensure the stable operation of the absorption reaction. The purification efficiency of various acidic exhaust gases can reach 85-95%.

3. Low device resistance

Choose packing varieties and structural types with aerodynamic characteristics, large specific surface area, and equipment resistance not exceeding 500Pa at rated air volume. This is extremely advantageous for using corrosion-resistant low-pressure plastic ventilation fans or fiberglass ventilation fans.

4. No fog or foam entrainment

Adopting an efficient defogging design, it overcomes the common phenomenon of mist entrainment in traditional spray towers, which is not only beneficial for environmental protection but also does not further reduce the supply of absorption liquid.

5. Small footprint

This equipment combines the tower body, absorption liquid tank, circulation pump, and absorption liquid pipeline system into a complete set of equipment, with a compact structure that is easy to install and operate on site. It occupies a small area and has obvious advantages whether installed on the ground or roof slab.
