This series of fans should only be installed indoors and should be installed according to the orientation of the sample's front view. It is not allowed to install them upside down or sideways, otherwise it will affect the service life of the motor. If it needs to be installed outdoors, rain protection measures for the motor must be considered.
5、 Design selection instructions
The pipeline fan belongs to the forward multi wing centrifugal fan, and under the same air volume and partial pressure, its noise is much lower than that of the axial flow fan.
When the low-temperature air being transported may cause condensation on the outer surface of the casing and pipeline, an insulation layer should be designed. The noise of a fan is the average measured at a distance of one meter from the air inlet when the rated air volume and pressure are not connected to the air duct. If the fan is equipped with air inlet and exhaust ducts, the noise will be attenuated to some extent. For occasions with high noise requirements, soundproof elbows or silencers should be installed on the intake and exhaust ducts. The power wiring diagram for the single-phase (200v) motor used with the fan is placed in the fan power junction box.
The vibration of the fan is small during operation, and generally no damping measures are needed. If the design deems it necessary, damping rubber or damping springs can be added to the fan support.

The impeller is composed of multiple forward curved aluminum alloy blades, front plate, and rear plate, all of which are made of mechanized molds and have undergone static and dynamic balance verification. It runs smoothly and reliably, and has good aerodynamic performance.

The motors are all single support externally rotating motors, with the impeller fixed on the motor housing and the support end fixed on the motor support. The motor support is fixed on the top plate of the housing, and the impeller is directly driven by the rotation of the motor housing.
