Fire axial flow fanIt is an axial flow fan product designed using optimized aerodynamic principlesadvancedThe processing technology manufacturing, overall structure is reasonable, sturdy, safe and practical.
1、 Product performance requirements:
1. The motor adopts high-quality motor.
2. The fire exhaust fan should be able to operate normally for a long time under the condition that the medium temperature is not higher than 85 ℃.
3. The fire smoke exhaust fan should ensure that it can work continuously for 30 minutes when the temperature of the conveying medium is at 280 ℃, and can continue to operate normally when the medium temperature cools down to ambient temperature.
4. At rated speed, the measured pressure curve of the ventilation fan in the working area should meet the following requirements compared to the curve given in the manual:
a) The deviation of the pressure value corresponding to the axial flow smoke exhaust fan at the specified flow rate is ± 5%.
b) The pressure difference corresponding to the centrifugal smoke exhaust fan at the specified flow rate is ± 5%.
4. The specific A-level noise limit of the fire exhaust ventilation fan under the given operating conditions in the instructions shall comply with the provisions of JB/T8690.
Fire axial flow fanStructural requirements:
Axial flow smoke exhaust fans should be equipped with motor insulation protection and air cooling systems inside the fan (ventilation fans using H-grade insulation motors may not require a forced air cooling system). The insulation level of the motor should not be lower than Class F.
The power output line of the axial flow smoke exhaust fan motor should be enclosed by a heat-resistant insulation sleeve or use a high-temperature resistant cable.
Assembly requirements:
The radial clearance value between the axial flow smoke exhaust fan casing and the impeller should be uniform. The radial single-sided clearance value is: when the machine number is ≤ 0, the clearance value is ≥ 3.5mm; when the machine number is>0, the clearance value is ≥ 4.5mm.
