Overview

The single station high vacuum sealing machine system is mainly used for oxygen free and anhydrous vacuum sealing preservation of samples and high-temperature solid-phase synthesis. The entire system consists of a vacuum sealing machine, a hydrogen oxygen flame machine, a vacuum system, and quartz tube machine tube joints. Standardized customized quartz tubes and quartz columns ensure the coordination of other specially designed tube joints, improving the sealing performance of quartz tube packaging and achieving higher standards of vacuum sealing.

Quartz tube and built-in quartz column are welded at high temperature, standardized treatment, and good repeatability.

The quartz tube is automatically rotated with a dynamic sealing system, which is easy to operate and evenly heated.

The vacuum system is equipped with a side suction device to prevent powder materials from entering the vacuum pump and extend the service life of the vacuum pump.

The hydrogen oxygen machine uses electrolyzed water gas, which is produced and used immediately, with a high safety factor.

This device is standardized in operation, ready to use, simple and convenient.

Hydrogen oxygen flame machine

Introduction

Easy to operate:No gas cylinders are needed, as long as there is water and electricity, gas can be supplied. Therefore, gas can be supplied anytime, anywhere, without being limited by time and space.

On demand gas supply:Turn on the power switch for 10 seconds to supply gas, produce as much as needed. When there is a lot of gas, the gas production will automatically stop. When the gas is not enough, it will automatically turn on to produce gas.

Non toxic and odorless:Hydrogen and oxygen are both non-toxic and odorless gases, with no risk of poisoning

Operational safety:The gas produced by the hydrogen oxygen flame machine is produced and used simultaneously without storage,

The gas supply pressure is below 0.1Mpa, so all the gas produced is used up, unlike gas cylinders which are stored under high pressure. Even with such a safe machine, we have installed six additional flame arresters: the first one is a flame arrester installed on the flame gun, the second one is a flame arrester installed on the pipeline, the third one is a flame arrester installed inside the machine, the fourth one is a one-way valve installed inside the machine, the fifth one is an explosion-proof membrane, and the sixth one is a pressure relief valve.

Variable temperature characteristics:The flame temperature can reach up to 2800 degrees and has variable temperature characteristics. When the temperature of the heated object exceeds 2800 degrees, the flame temperature also increases. For example, the hydrogen oxygen flame can melt tungsten.
