DRK111GB/T 2679.5 Button paper and cardboard folding resistance testerIt is mainly suitable for testing the folding resistance of paper and cardboard in carton factories, quality inspection institutes, and paper testing departments of colleges and universities. The instrument adopts photoelectric control technology, which enables the folding chuck to automatically return to its original position after each experiment, facilitating the next operation. The instrument has powerful data processing capabilities: it can not only convert the number of folds and corresponding logarithmic values of a single sample, but also collect experimental data from multiple samples in the same group. It can calculate the values, minimum values, average values, and coefficient of variation of samples in the same group, which are stored in a microcomputer and displayed through a digital tube. In addition, the instrument also has a printing function. It is a opto mechatronics integrated structure that can automatically count the number of folds of the tested sample.

1. Verification of tension spring: Place the weight on the disc and observe whether the pointer indication value is equal to the weight. Verify three points: 4.9, 9.8, 14.7N, three times per point. If there is a deviation, move the pointer position to reach the correct value. If the deviation is small, adjust it with a fine adjustment screw

2. Verification of tension indication change: Press the tension rod so that the pointer is at the 9.8N position, clamp a high-strength sample between the upper and lower clamps, turn on the machine and fold it 100 times before stopping, then slowly rotate the knob by hand to fold the folding head back and forth once, while observing that the pointer indication change does not exceed 0.34N

3. Test of Friction Force of Tension Rod: Place the weight on the weight plate, gently lift the tension rod by hand, then slowly lower it to the equilibrium position, read F1 on the ruler, then pull down the tension rod, and slowly relax it to restore it to the equilibrium position. The reading is F2, and the friction force of the tension rod should not exceed 0.25N. The calculation formula is as follows: F=(F1-F2)/2<0.25n<>

1. Use non shedding soft fabric to wipe the circular arc of the folding head and keep the instrument clean.
