2. Usage temperature

Bag filter can treat adhesive dust through adsorption, that is, adding an appropriate amount of porous powder into the system pipeline, using the powder to adsorb adhesive dust, and understanding and analyzing its other characteristics such as hydrophobicity and oleophilicity. Bag filter is used as the dust removal device, and a reasonable purification system is designed for it.
Explosive dusty smoke
Bag filter is used in many industrial fields, but for some explosive dust such as magnesium powder, coal powder, starch, tobacco, wood powder, plastics, etc. Improper handling in powder state can cause explosions. Explosive dust can explode if it meets the following three conditions simultaneously: the dust removal space is sealed and the temperature reaches the ignition point of explosive dust; The concentration of the explosive mixture has reached the explosive limit; There is sufficient air and oxidant. When dealing with explosive dust, attention should be paid to taking explosion-proof measures, and the dust collector should be installed outdoors as much as possible. If installed indoors, the explosion-proof pipe should be directly connected to the outside and the length should be less than 3m. The explosion-proof device should be determined based on the properties of the dust, and an external filter type should be used; The inner wall of the dust collector's ash hopper should be smooth, and a gas lock ash discharge device should be installed at the bottom. It should be noted that the ash discharge device should operate synchronously with the dust collector to prevent dust accumulation in the dust collector's ash hopper.
Corrosive dusty gas
The main cause of corrosion is that the flue gas contains acidic and alkaline components, which change the dew point with the concentration of these chemical gases. If the dust collector is started or stopped below the dew point, SO2 in the exhaust gas will form H2SO4 when it comes into contact with water, which will cause the fiber of the bag filter bag of the bag filter to harden, deform, lose strength and be damaged. In addition to acid and alkali corrosion, the corrosion of bag filter bags by organic solvents cannot be ignored. Therefore, it is necessary to choose suitable filter media based on the characteristics of corrosive substances produced in flue gas production. In addition, when purchasing filter bags, do not be tempted by cheap prices, but buy high-quality and guaranteed filter bags.
Grinding dust containing gas
The abrasiveness of dust on filter media is called the abrasiveness of dust, which is related to the shape, size, hardness, dust concentration, and airflow velocity carrying the dust. Dust with high hardness, such as alumina, silica, coke powder, and sintered ore powder, is prone to wear on filter cloth and bag filters. When dealing with such dusty gases, a dust collector should be set up first to remove large particles of dust before entering the bag filter, reducing the number of dust particles; Strictly control the inlet flow rate of the filter bag, and add wear-resistant materials to the easily worn parts of the airflow inlet; Select wear-resistant high-quality filter bags for dust removal.
