[Structure and Principle]

The FY series pneumatic slurry pump uses the effect of air pressure difference to make the piston run up and down, driving the opening and closing of the guide piston, and playing the role of material lifting. Adjust the flow rate and pressure of the working gas for the pneumatic slurry pump to control and regulate the feeding flow rate of the pneumatic slurry pump. Combined with induction switches, it can work automatically.

【 Usage 】

1. First, correctly place the guide tube into the material bucket to be conveyed.
2. Connect the corrosion-resistant hose to the discharge port and connect it to the feeding location.
3. The intake valve is in the closed state, then connect the air source pipe to the intake valve joint, and open the intake valve according to the required slurry flow rate to adjust the operating frequency of the throttle slurry pump, and it can start working.

[Maintenance and upkeep]

1. The FY series pneumatic slurry pump of this spring is designed to prevent impact on the cylinder body and deformation during use, which may lead to blockage of the plug and result in scrapping
2. After running the piston for more than one million times, the cylinder body should be cleaned and coated with 30 # lubricating oil according to the water accumulation during the air supply process of the air compressor.
3. If not used for a long time, it should be cleaned in a solvent to prevent the slurry from freezing and blocking the guide pipe.

【 Precautions 】

1In the workplace, if the cylinder body heats up (based on the feeling of heat), it should be added immediately30#Lubricating oil.
