1Electronic air drying ovenWorking Principle:

Put the material into the oven and raise the temperature inside the oven through a heating element to evaporate the moisture in the material, thus achieving the purpose of heating.

1. Temperature range: RT+10 ℃~200 ℃, RT+10 ℃~300 ℃, RT+10 ℃~400 ℃

2. Temperature control meter accuracy: ± 0.01 ℃

3. Temperature control meter fluctuation: ± 0.5 ℃

4. Temperature uniformity: ± 2 ℃

5. Heating rate: RT~100 ℃ (about 10 minutes)

6. Timer setting: From 1 second to 9999 hours (with the option to set hours, minutes, or seconds), the timer will start when the temperature is reached, and the heating current will be cut off when the time is up; 8. Temperature sensing line (K) type;

7. Heating control: Solid state relay SSR without contacts, maintaining high stability of current;

8. The heating element is a stainless steel high-temperature resistant heating tube, which is pollution-free and has a long service life;

9. The temperature control instrument is a PID digital display instrument (Taisong instrument in Taiwan, China, China). It is a single point temperature control instrument that can perform automatic calculation. PV/SV is displayed at the same time and can be set by pressing the key.

3、 Air supply system:

1. Forced convection air circulation, the air source is driven by the circulation motor to drive the wind wheel through the electric heater, and the hot air is sent to the inside of the oven through the air duct. After use, the hot air is sucked into the air duct as the source for further circulation heating, thereby reducing energy loss and ensuring temperature uniformity inside the box. When the door opening and closing action causes disturbance, the air supply circulation system can quickly restore the operating state temperature value.

2. The motor is a long shaft heat-resistant type imported from Taiwan, China, China, with a power of 1HP 50Hz

3. The fan is a multi blade turbine type with high strength, and is equipped with an adjustable guide vane inside, making the air flow path run more smoothly.

4、 Nitrogen filling device

1. Pressure regulating valve: controls the nitrogen pressure, and under normal use, the nitrogen pressure is adjusted to around 2.5 kilograms;

2. Panel flowmeter: controls the size of nitrogen entering the box, with a range of 10L/min-60Lmin;

3. The nitrogen pipeline enters directly behind the box, and an 8mm quick plug gas pipe interface is reserved at the pressure regulating valve;

4. Note: Nitrogen is provided by the user.
