Fluoroplastics are hydrocarbon polymers in which some or all of the hydrogen is replaced by fluorine. They include polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) (non extruded), perfluoro (ethylene propylene) (FEP) copolymers, perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) resins, polytrifluorochloroethylene (PCTFF), ethylene trifluorochloroethylene (ECTFE), ethylene tetrafluoroethylene (ETFE) copolymers, polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), and polytetrafluoroethylene (PVF).






Compared to general plastics and engineering plastics, fluoroplastics have superior physical properties, such as unique hardness and wear resistance over a wide range of operating temperatures, as well as chemical and heat resistance. Fluoroplastic pipes have been increasingly promoted and used in industries such as healthcare, automotive, and communication where application requirements are constantly increasing.

Characteristics of Fluoroplastic Pipe Extrusion Production Line:



-The extruder barrel screw is made of new No. 3 steel material, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance, and can meet the extrusion plasticization processing of fluoroplastics;



-The barrel heating adopts cast copper or cast steel heaters, which can meet stable production at a maximum processing temperature of 500 ℃;



-The mold adopts advanced CNC machining technology and electrochemical machining methods for precision machining, meeting the ideal forming of pipes with a diameter range of ≤ 1.0mm; The mold material is also made of new No. 3 steel, which has excellent corrosion resistance and high temperature resistance performance;



-Adopting a specially designed vacuum sizing method to adapt to the molding of fluoroplastic pipes. Various fluoroplastics have different processing temperatures, melt viscosities, flowability, etc., and there are also various shaping methods corresponding to them: vacuum dry sizing, vacuum bath sizing, internal pressure sizing, and other different methods.
