1. Before starting up, check whether the heating coil is intact, whether the thermocouple is plugged in properly, and whether the temperature measurement is accurate.
2. When starting, wait for the heating temperature to reach the set process temperature and hold for a certain period of time before starting. To prevent damage to components such as motors and screws.
3. When starting the host, run it at low speed for a few minutes to exhaust the remaining molten material in the barrel. Only when the molten material pressure and host current are stable can the speed be increased to avoid spraying and injuring personnel.
4. During equipment operation, temperature, current, melt pressure, and other parameters should be observed at all times. Observe the heating situation of the motor and gearbox, and promptly identify the cause and eliminate any abnormalities.
5. The heating time depends on the size of the machine head. The 63 machine head should not be less than 3 hours, the 250 machine head should not be less than 6 hours, and the 450 machine head should not be less than 8 hours.
6. Mold selection: The corresponding mold should be selected according to the product specifications. Improper mold selection can bring difficulties to production.
7. Mold protection: The quality of the mold determines the quality of the product. The material of the mold is generally mold steel, with a chrome plated surface and poor hardness. Therefore, during disassembly, assembly, and transportation, it is necessary to protect it well and avoid scratches and collisions. Molds generally cannot be placed directly on the ground, and should be placed on rubber or wooden boards. Do not use hard tapping when replacing the mold.
8. Adjustment of concentricity of mouth core mold: The adjustment of mouth core mold in solid wall pipe production line follows the principle of "loose and thin top thickness". It means loosening the screws in the direction with small gaps and tightening the screws in the direction with large gaps.
9. Protection of heating coils: Generally speaking, heating coils have a long service life and are often damaged during disassembly. Therefore, extra care should be taken when disassembling heating coils.
