Vacuum forming is a processing method that can be used to shape plastic materials. During the vacuum forming process, the plastic sheet is heated to a soft state and then pulled around a single mold using suction. We have multiple materials available for hot forming, with commonly used materials including ABS, PS, PE, EVA, and some of our composite boards. We are happy to assist customers in setting up and processing vacuum forming, including mold development, temperature and time control, and some operational techniques.
