Working Principle:

This machine uses a synchronous micro motor to drive the detection blades to rotate at a speed of one revolution per minute after deceleration. When the level of the tested material rises and the rotation of the blades is hindered, the detection mechanism generates rotational displacement around the main shaft. This displacement first activates a micro switch, emitting a material level signal. Subsequently, another micro switch is activated to cut off the power supply to the motor, causing it to stop running. As long as the material level remains unchanged, this state will continue indefinitely.

When the material level drops and the detection blade loses its obstruction, the detection mechanism relies on the spring tension to restore it to its original state. Firstly, a micro switch is activated to turn on the motor power and rotate it once. Then, another micro switch sends out a no material level signal. As long as there is no material blocking the rotation of the detection blade, this state will continue.

Installation requirements:

The position of the blades should avoid the lower part of the feed inlet and the dead material area;

When installing on the side, to prevent materials from hitting the shaft during use, a protective plate should be installed above the detection blades and shaft;

If an extended shaft is installed vertically, a protective sleeve should be installed to make the blades and flexible shaft of the material level controller less susceptible to direct impact from the material. When measuring multiple positions, the distance between the material level controllers should be appropriately widened to avoid entanglement of the flexible shafts;

To avoid the infiltration of rainwater into the outdoor environment, when installing on the side, the outlet should be installed vertically downwards and the upper cover should be tightened. If possible, consider installing a rain cover when installing vertically;

Before opening the cover of the level controller, please make sure to cut off the power supply of the level controller.
