The extruder can be used for single-stage mixing and direct extrusion, or for two-step extrusion after granulation, which saves energy and space. It has the characteristics of high output, stable extrusion pressure, preheating and feeding machine placed on the top of the main machine, and first extracting most of the residual moisture from the wood powder. This makes the main feeding section more complete and the plasticizing and mixing effect better. The optimized screw design reduces shear and makes it difficult to cut wood fibers, allowing materials to stay evenly in the machine.
