PVC shrink film bag

PVC shrink film bags can be divided into printing grade and ordinary packaging grade.

Printing grade PVC shrink film, as the name suggests, is used for printing and can be processed into printed labels. Some beverages on the market use PVC labels, such as those used on black tea, green tea, and mineral water bottles.

Ordinary packaging grade PVC shrink film can be made into tubular film, L-shaped folded film according to requirements, and can be processed into cylindrical bags and flat pockets. Although ordinary packaging grade PVC shrink film can also be used for printing, the printing effect is not good, and the number of colors that can be printed is small. Generally, one or two colors are mostly printed.

Product standards and specifications:

1. The product is bright, crystal free, uniform in thickness, and free of bias.

2. The longitudinal shrinkage rate can be controlled between 35% and 45%, and the transverse shrinkage rate can be controlled between 45% and 55%

3. The film thickness can achieve a single-layer thickness of 0.002mm~0.02mm

4. The width of the film can range from 40mm to 700mm

5. The length of the film can range from 1500m to 2500m per roll.
