PVC label film is a type of body packaging material that shrinks and adheres tightly to the packaging material when exposed to heat (which can be operated by heat sources such as hair dryers). It has good transparency and a large shrinkage rate, and is mainly used for the outer packaging of various products such as daily necessities, cosmetics, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, food, beverages, building materials, books and periodicals, toys, gifts, shoes, tableware, cultural and sports supplies, craft gifts, printed materials, hardware and plastic products, telephones, electronic appliances, etc. Especially in the combination packaging of irregular shaped items or goods, it can not only meet the functions of dust prevention, anti touch tampering, transparent display, etc. of goods, but also increase the attractiveness of product appearance. It can also be used to replace various paper boxes, not only saving packaging costs, but also in line with packaging trends.

PVC label film is like a water pipe, sealed on both sides, and open up and down when cut open. It feels a bit hard and brittle, and has a slight odor when heated. 1. PVC label film is a double-layer cylindrical film with two sides sealed and two sides open, which is relatively brittle and hard. Please measure the circumference of the product when selecting to avoid buying shrink wrap that is too small to fit in. The width of the film is half of the circumference of the item plus 0.5-2cm (for small-sized products, it can be relaxed by 0.5cm, while for large-sized products, it can be relaxed to 1-2cm). If it is relaxed too much, it will affect the sealing effect.

2. Place the product on the shrink wrap and mark it. The shrink wrap should be longer than the product and can be cut off or directly wrapped in the product and cut off with a sealing machine. At this point, the sealing machine not only cuts off the film but also seals one side. Generally, flat pockets have four obvious corners after sealing, and the excess film at those four corners can be cut off

3. After the product is packaged, it can be shrunk by placing it in a heat shrink machine or blowing it with a hot air gun (usually above 1200 watts). At this point, the film will tightly adhere to the surface of the product, and you can stop according to your satisfaction level. The hair dryer used at home can also be used for thermal shrinkage.
