The YF series PS foam profile and sheet extrusion production line has a compact structure, good plasticization, high output, long service life, and other advantages This production line uses a JWS65 single screw extruder or a JWS100 single screw extruder, which is equipped with a frequency converter, imported electrical components, and PT100 platinum resistors. These components can achieve a wide range of adjustments and precise temperature control.
The auxiliary part is composed of specially designed molds, cooling water tanks, and hot stamping units, which can produce PS products of different colors and shapes. Stable traction and cutting machines ensure the accuracy of product dimensions.
