New efficient single screw plastic extruder

Our company has developed the JHE series of new high-efficiency single screw plastic extruders. The screw is composed of a separated screw and an optimized mixing element, and the barrel is designed with a groove barrel and an extended feeding section. By combining the use of separated screws and grooved barrels, the following advantages can be obtained:
The melting process of the material is optimized, thereby increasing the extrusion yield.
Realized extrusion of material melt at lower temperatures.
By determining the shear action within the isolation gap, the material achieved good homogenization.
The melt plasticization process is controlled, which means that only particles smaller than the isolation gap can enter the melt channel.
It provides a wide processing range for different materials, suitable for various polyolefin raw materials, especially for HDPE, PP, ABS pipe raw materials.
