Product Description:

PPR pipe production equipment has the following characteristics:

Equipped with a dedicated single screw extruder for polyolefins, featuring high-speed extrusion and efficient plasticization.

Professional polyolefin separation mixing screw.

Three specially designed co extrusion die heads with reasonable flow channels, smooth outer and inner walls of the pipe, and low internal stress.

The production pipe diameter range is from 20 to 160mm, with a production speed of up to 16 meters per minute.

One machine with multiple uses can produce HDPE silicon core pipes, ordinary PP-R, PE, PEX pipes.

Low cost: Nano antibacterial pipes only increase the cost by 5-10% compared to ordinary pipes.
