The maze drip irrigation belt produced by the production line has a wide maze water flow channel, turbulent water flow, multiple outlets, and strong anti clogging properties.
1. Specially designed screws with quenching and nitriding treatment, high strength, high wear resistance, and good plasticizing effect;
2. Specially designed forming wheel device, fast cooling and clear forming of maze channels (dual station forming device), can set different spacing maze water outlets according to user requirements;
3. Droplet flow rate: 1.0-6L/H, optional;
4. Six station rewinding machine, automatic rewinding, automatic meter counting. The winding length can be arbitrarily set below 3000 meters;
5. The drip irrigation belt production line adopts a PLC control system to achieve synchronous speed regulation, high degree of automation, and easy operation.
