PA/PE/PP/PVC high-speed single wall corrugated pipe extrusion production line

This production line is equipped with different extruders to produce single wall corrugated pipes made of materials such as PA, PE, PP, PVC, etc. This pipe is mainly used for threading wires and cables, washing machine suction and discharge pipes, vacuum cleaner pipes, car wiring pipes, decorative lighting corrugated pipes, ventilation pipes, etc.

Single wall corrugated pipe forming machine: Two or three types of single wall corrugated pipes can be produced on one set of forming modules, which reduces the cost of molds, saves time in changing forming modules, and increases efficiency.

High speed corrugated pipe forming machine: The module track operation does not require a chain, and the module is directly installed in the gear groove. It relies on the material 9Mn2V forming module with a machining accuracy of 0.01mm to achieve high-speed and stable operation.

Material: PA, temperature range: -40 ℃ -115 ℃, this product does not contain halides, oil resistant, acid resistant. The fire resistance coefficient is HB (U94). Black tubes are UV resistant.

Material: PP, temperature range: -20 ℃ -110 ℃, this product is oil resistant, acid resistant, and alkali resistant. Black tubes are UV resistant.

Material: PE, temperature range: -40 ℃ -80 ℃, this product is oil resistant, acid resistant, and alkali resistant. Black tubes are UV resistant.
