The comprehensive dual protection function of software and hardware ensures the safe operation of injection molding machines and robotic arms. The terminal wiring of the electronic control circuit has no air joints to avoid poor contact caused by joint corrosion. The lower part of the arm is equipped with a detection switch and an anti fall device, ensuring high safety. Both the guiding and upper and lower limit positions are equipped with external hydraulic buffering devices and proximity switches, ensuring accurate limit and minimal vibration. The arm is also equipped with a gas cut-off protection device, which can lock the arm in case of sudden gas cut-off to avoid accidents. IO short circuit protection design effectively prevents circuit board damage caused by peripheral circuit short circuits. The circuit board has passed CE-EMC testing, with high reliability and strong anti-interference ability of the system.
