Closed stainless steel drag chainThe main body of the chain plate is composed of a chain plate (high-quality steel plate chrome plated), a support plate (extruded aluminum alloy), a shaft pin (alloy steel) and other components, which prevent relative movement and distortion between the cable or rubber tube and the drag chain. The chain plate is chrome plated, with a novel and reasonable appearance, high flexibility and strength, no steel deformation, easy installation, reliable use, easy disassembly and assembly, especially using high-strength wear-resistant materials, alloy copper as the shaft pin, which improves the wear resistance of the product, makes bending more flexible, reduces resistance, reduces noise, and ensures long-term use without deformation or sagging.

At maximum moving speed, the sound pressure level of the drag chain should not exceed 68 decibels.

3. The safe service life of the drag chain shall not be less than 1 million times (reciprocating).

Steel drag chains can be divided into TL type steel drag chains and TLG type steel drag chains according to their structure

Steel drag chains are divided into integral (perforated), vertically separated, and frame (isolation plate) types according to the form of the support plate.

Steel drag chains are classified by pitch into 45, 65, 95, 125, 180, 225, and 250 types. The width of the drag chain can be customized according to user requirements, with a bending radius ranging from 50-800.

(1) When the drag chain needs to bear large pipe and cable loads, high-strength support plates - integral type should be selected
(2) When the size of the pipe joint of the cable is larger than the inner hole diameter of the support plate or requires frequent disassembly, maintenance, etc. Optional support plate - separate type
(3) When there are many specifications and varieties of cable installation, a support plate frame type can be selected.
