Centrifugal fans with high pressure are generally used for high-pressure forced ventilation and exhaust in industries such as spraying, electroplating, radio, batteries, and glass manufacturing.

When the impeller of a high-pressure centrifugal fan rotates, the gas moves forward and outward due to the centrifugal force, forming a series of spiral motions.

The air between the blades accelerates in a spiral shape and squeezes the gas outside the pump body into the side groove (sucked in through the suction port). When it enters the side channel, the gas is compressed and then accelerates again between the blades.

The temperature of the medium generally does not exceed 50 ℃, and the dust and hard particles contained in the medium do not exceed 150mg/m3.

High pressure centrifugal fanInstallation:

1. Before installation, the impeller and casing should be checked for any damage or deformation caused by transportation, and the connections should be checked for tightness. Otherwise, they should be repaired before installation and use.

2. The installation of fan inlet and outlet should have sufficient strength, rigidity, stability, and durability.

3. The fan must be securely installed using the anchor bolt holes of the fan or motor.

4. It is strictly prohibited to use inlet and outlet flanges as installation load-bearing components, and the weight of the air duct should be supported by additional rigid supports.

5. When there are bends or sudden changes in the section of the pipeline within twice the diameter of the wind turbine before and after the inlet and outlet, it will cause a sharp increase in pipeline resistance, which should be avoided as much as possible.

6. The power supply must ensure three-phase balance and no phase defects. The voltage can fluctuate within ± 5% of the rated voltage.

7. The motor wiring must be handled by professionals to ensure correct wiring.

8. During installation, consideration should be given to the fatal damage caused by debris entering the interior of the fan, and corresponding protective devices should be installed.

9. It is recommended to add air volume control valves in the pipeline system to regulate the operating points of the fans.
