1、 Product Introduction:

100 ton horizontal tensile testing machineIt can be used for stretching long specimens of various metal materials, steel wire ropes, bolts, steel cables, chains, lifting belts, etc. It is widely used in the fields of metal products, building structures, ships, etc. The microcomputer controlled electro-hydraulic servo horizontal tensile testing machine adopts our company's mature testing machine technology, and adds a steel frame structure to change the vertical test to a horizontal test, which increases the tensile space (can be increased to more than 20 meters, which cannot be achieved by vertical testing), meeting the testing needs of large and full-size specimens.

This testing machine adopts a frame structure of welded steel plates as a whole, with a single output rod and double acting piston cylinder to apply test force, load sensors to measure force, and adjustable tensile space according to the sample size and length. The computer screen displays the test force and experimental curve, and automatically processes the test data according to the requirements of the test method. 4、 Operation steps

1. Do not click the 'Start' button before starting the experiment.

2. If there is an abnormal prompt or the default load value is different from before every time you enter the program, do not conduct the test and refer to the troubleshooting method for troubleshooting. The load value of the measurement and control system should be around zero every time it first enters the test interface (without zero adjustment).

3. The horizontal tensile testing machine can use the oil cylinder reset button to raise or lower the oil cylinder piston to the set position. When the displacement display position value is greater than the set position, clicking the oil cylinder reset button will cause the piston to lower; On the contrary, the piston will rise. Pay attention to whether the actual position of the piston is consistent with the displacement display position, and avoid blindly using this key to raise or lower the cylinder when it is actually in a high position.

4. After clamping the specimen with the horizontal tensile testing machine, do not adjust the load value to zero again.

5. Install the extensometer and pay attention to removing the locating pin before adjusting to zero; When removing the extensometer, pay attention to inserting the locating pin to prevent damage to the extensometer due to human overload.

6. After the sample of the horizontal tensile testing machine breaks, if the program does not exit the test state and prompts the end of the test, the stop button must be clicked immediately to exit the test state.

7. After completing the experiment and exiting the program, the steel wire tensile machine should be shut down using WINDOWS before cutting off the power supply; Turn off the oil pump and lower the oil cylinder to the bottom.

8. Be careful not to loosen the plug when moving the computer
