2. Raw materials: SACM645, SKD61, West Germany 8407, HPT materials, Assab Swedish steel, 38CrMoALA
3. Surface roughness: Ra0.4 μ m
4. Straightness: 0.015mm/m
5. Technical specifications: quenching and tempering time of more than 28 hours, quenching and tempering hardness of HRC26-30 degrees, gas vacuum nitriding time of more than 96 hours, nitriding hardness of HRC62 or more, screw straight line of 0.015mm
6. Dual alloy technical specifications: Import alloy powder Xaly108NicrWCCO, evenly spray on the surface of the screw and cast in the inner hole of the material tube, with an alloy layer of 2.0mm-3.0mm
