Sealing verification of pre filled syringes

The Leak-S micro leakage sealing tester is suitable for testing the sealing of injection bottles such as freeze-dried powder injection bottles, penicillin bottles, ampoules, etc. for drug packaging. Different from previous water inspection methods, it causes damage to the sample. Leak-S adopts the principle of vacuum attenuation testing and non-destructive testing technology, meeting ASTM testing methods and FDA standards. High precision testing techniques can detect leaks in micro holes.

Test Principle

Connect the instrument to a specially designed testing chamber to accommodate the packaging that needs to be tested. The packaging is placed in the experimental chamber to be evacuated. The dual sensor technology detects changes in time and pressure, and uses the principle of vacuum decay to determine whether the sample is leaking.
