Overview
The explosion-proof rotary evaporator EXRE-100L is developed using the principle of constant temperature heating and thin film evaporation under vacuum negative pressure conditions. The rotary evaporator uses stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotary bottle at a constant speed, forming a large area of uniform film on the bottle wall. The material is then uniformly heated by an intelligent constant temperature water bath and evaporated at high speed under vacuum conditions. The solvent vapor is cooled by an efficient glass condenser and recovered in a collection bottle.

1、 Working principle:
EXRE-100LExplosion proof rotary evaporatorIt is developed using the principle of constant temperature heating and thin film evaporation under vacuum negative pressure conditions. Using stepless speed regulation to rotate the glass rotary bottle at a constant speed, the material forms a large area of uniform film on the bottle wall. Then, the intelligent constant temperature water bath uniformly heats the rotary bottle, evaporates at high speed under vacuum conditions, and the solvent vapor is cooled by an efficient glass condenser and recovered in the collection bottle.
2、 Product features:
1. The main bracket is made of stainless steel and aluminum alloy, with a reasonable structure and high-quality materials.
2. The sealing system adopts a bidirectional combination of polytetrafluoroethylene and imported fluororubber+Teflon for sealing, which can maintain high vacuum degree.
3. The vacuum pressure gauge displays real-time vacuum, and the vacuum degree can reach 0.098Mpa.
4. All glass components are made of high borosilicate glass (GG-17), which is heat-resistant and corrosion-resistant.
5. Continuous feeding is convenient for customers to use, and the valve type feeding pipe is connected to a PTFE pipe.
6. Vertical three-layer serpentine coil condenser, dual condenser of main and auxiliary cooling, ensuring high recovery rate, with additional material tubes.
7. Microcomputer style ON-OFF power switch control.
8. Bath pot digital display, intelligent constant temperature control, K-type sensor for fast and accurate temperature transmission.
9. LCD speed regulation (0-120rpm), speed digital display, torque setting, easy operation.
10. Fuse safety protection.
11. The pot liner is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel, which is corrosion-resistant and durable.
12. The host automatically lifts and lowers.
13. The collection bottle is equipped with a discharge device, which facilitates the collection and discharge of evaporated extracts.
14. Check valve control, capable of continuous discharge.
