4、 Box structure
1. The box adopts an integral structure.
2. The inner side of the box is made of 1.0mm SUS304B stainless steel plate, and the outer side is made of 1.0mm cold-rolled steel plate sprayed with plastic. The insulation material is ultra-fine glass insulation cotton.
3. The door seal adopts double-layer silicone rubber sealing material.
4. The observation window is made of multi-layer conductive film tempered hollow glass, with a size of 200 × 300mm. In order to prevent frosting of the glass at low temperatures, a specially designed built-in heating wire is specially designed to surround it, and a lighting lamp is installed to provide illumination for observation.
5. There is a 50mm test hole with a plug on the side of the box. The plug material is low foaming silicone rubber, which can withstand high and low temperatures and has insulation effect.
6. There is an air conditioning cabinet installed at the rear of the box workshop, in which equipment such as evaporators, electric heaters, fans, and fan volutes are installed.
7. Place the temperature sensor at the air outlet.
The air supply method inside the test chamber is upward air supply and downward return air supply.
5、 Heating and cooling system
1. The heater adopts a porcelain frame nickel chromium wire electric heater, which has low thermal inertia and long service life. The instrument outputs a controllable pulse duty cycle PID signal, which is controlled by a solid-state relay for smooth and reliable control.
2. Low temperature refrigeration adopts the French "Taikang" fully enclosed compressor unit. Other refrigeration components such as RANCO from the United States, SPORLAN, ALFALAVAL from Switzerland, DANFOSS from Denmark, CASTEL from Italy, and Eginomiya from Japan are imported brand products. Use R404A environmentally friendly refrigerant.
To ensure the safe operation of the system, high-voltage control, overpressure, overload and other protection systems need to be installed in the system. At the same time, in order to monitor the operation of the system, a high voltage meter is installed at the high voltage end to monitor the operation of the system.
6、 Control system
1. Temperature controller: Using a high-precision touch screen temperature controller, the control is precise, stable, and does not drift during long-term operation.
2. Sensor: PT100 temperature sensor.
3. Solid state relay zero crossing triggering is used to control the heating output, in order to reduce noise, minimize pollution, facilitate maintenance, and improve control accuracy.
4. Safety protection measures should be installed in the control system, including phase loss protection, phase sequence error protection, phase voltage imbalance protection, fan overload protection, over temperature power-off protection, leakage protection, etc.
5. The control system is equipped with a user-friendly operation panel located in the upper left part of the test box, which includes power, lighting, various function operation buttons, and fault indicator lights.
In addition to the main controller, an independent overtemperature protector is also installed in the system. Even if the main controller fails, the overtemperature protector can reliably disconnect the heating power supply to protect the safety of the equipment and test samples.
7. Interlocking devices are installed in the electrical control system. When the circulating fan is not started or overloaded, the refrigeration unit and heating system cannot be started. When the unit is under high pressure or overloaded, the refrigeration unit will be prohibited.

8、 Equipment usage environment
1. Environmental temperature: 5 ℃ to+28 ℃ (average temperature within 24 hours ≤ 28 ℃);
2. Environmental humidity: ≤ 85%;
3. Power requirements: AC380 (± 10%) V/50HZ three-phase four wire system;
4. The operating environment needs to be below room temperature of 28 degrees Celsius and well ventilated;
5. The machine should be placed 80 centimeters in front, back, left, and right, and no objects should be placed;
