Application scope of MDSP double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump
Water conservancy engineering, urban and municipal construction water supply and drainage:
Used for conveying clear water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clear water that do not contain solid particles and have a temperature below 80 ℃
Mine drainage and emergency rescue
Used for transporting neutral mine water and other similar wastewater with particle content ≤ 1.5%, particle diameter ≤ 1.3mm, and temperature ranging from -20 ℃ to 104 ℃.
Petrochemical industry:
Transporting oil and petroleum products that do not contain solid particles, have a temperature range of -20 ℃ to 105 ℃, and a viscosity of less than 120 cubic meters
Coal chemical industry, chemical industry, chemical process flow, brine extraction and transportation:
Used for transporting mine water that does not contain particles and has corrosive properties at temperatures between -20 ℃ and 104 ℃, as well as other slightly corrosive liquids
Power plants, boiler water supply systems and condensate water transportation, pressure water transportation in oxidation removal equipment, and high-pressure water production in industrial processes:
It is mainly used for transporting clean water or liquids with physical and chemical properties similar to clean water at a temperature of -20 ℃~210 ℃ without solid particles. Suitable for medium, low, and high pressure water supply. It can also be used to transport hot water, oil, corrosive or abrasive media with a temperature of ≤ 210 ℃ by changing the material of the pump (or the material of the pump's flow components), sealing form, and adding a cooling system.
Other:
Used for long-distance water supply, farmland irrigation, pumped storage and other high flow, high lift places.
Structural characteristics of MDSP double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump
The double inlet multi-stage pump includes a segmented double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump with guide vanes at both ends and a volute shell in the middle outlet, and a double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump with a volute shell structure. The two ends of the double inlet multi-stage pump are respectively the inlet of the pump (double inlet) and symmetrically arranged with several single-stage impellers. Multiple single-stage impellers are stacked to form a multi-stage impeller, and the middle is the outlet of the pump, which is composed of double suction impellers. Since both ends of the pump are the inlet of the pump and the conveying medium has not been pressurized by the impeller, there is no need to install a balance water pipe without a high-pressure end; At the same time, the axial force generated by the pump impeller is automatically balanced, and the pressure at both ends of the double suction impeller is basically the same, so there is no need to set up high and low pressure sealing devices, thus avoiding the volume loss caused by the traditional multi-stage centrifugal pump with balanced water pipes and sealing devices, and improving efficiency. And it has a simpler structure than multi-stage centrifugal pumps composed of double suction impellers.
