Double imported multi-stage pumps have the advantages of high efficiency, energy saving, compact structure, no leakage, safe and stable operation, and stronger applicability. They are suitable for high flow and high head places such as coal mines, municipal construction, water engineering, water conservancy engineering, and petrochemicals. They can completely replace the traditional single-stage double suction horizontal centrifugal multi-stage water supply mode, achieve primary drainage, and greatly reduce project budget and equipment operation and maintenance costs.

The dual inlet self balancing multi-stage pump adopts a dual inlet design, with symmetrical arrangement of impeller and rotor components. The pump's own structure automatically balances the axial force generated by the impeller. The two flow channels are collected and discharged through the outlet section, achieving parallel flow channels. This structure not only fully balances the axial force of the rotor components inside the pump, but also eliminates the need for balancing water pipes and sealing devices in high and low pressure areas, reducing pump leakage and avoiding the volume loss caused by traditional multi-stage centrifugal pumps with balancing water pipes and sealing devices, thereby improving pump efficiency.

Structural characteristics of MDSP double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump

The double inlet multi-stage pump includes a segmented double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump with guide vanes at both ends and a volute shell in the middle outlet, and a double inlet self balancing multi-stage centrifugal pump with a volute shell structure. The two ends of the double inlet multi-stage pump are respectively the inlet of the pump (double inlet) and symmetrically arranged with several single-stage impellers. Multiple single-stage impellers are stacked to form a multi-stage impeller, and the middle is the outlet of the pump, which is composed of double suction impellers. Since both ends of the pump are the inlet of the pump and the conveying medium has not been pressurized by the impeller, there is no need to install a balance water pipe without a high-pressure end; At the same time, the axial force generated by the pump impeller is automatically balanced, and the pressure at both ends of the double suction impeller is basically the same, so there is no need to set up high and low pressure sealing devices, thus avoiding the volume loss caused by the traditional multi-stage centrifugal pump with balanced water pipes and sealing devices, and improving efficiency. And it has a simpler structure than multi-stage centrifugal pumps composed of double suction impellers.
