Working principle of rotary evaporator RE-52C (52AA): The evaporator bottle rotates at a constant speed, and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under these conditions, the material forms a large area of uniform thin film on the inner wall of the evaporator bottle and evaporates quickly. Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (by connecting a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through a glass condenser coil (by connecting a cooling device) and recovered in a collection bottle.

1、 Working principle

The evaporation bottle rotates at a constant speed and the water bath is heated at a constant temperature. Under these conditions, the material forms a large and uniform thin film on the inner wall of the evaporation bottle and evaporates quickly. Under vacuum conditions, the evaporation efficiency can be improved (by connecting a vacuum device). The solvent vapor is cooled into a liquid through a glass condenser coil (by connecting a cooling device) and recovered in a collection bottle.

This series of products requires a matching vacuum device (circulating water type, rotary vane type, diaphragm type, etc. vacuum pump) and a cooling circulation device to form a system device.

2、 Product Features

All parts in contact with the material are made of high borosilicate glass (expansion coefficient 3.3) and polytetrafluoroethylene material, which have stable performance and are not prone to chemical reactions with the material, making them easy and safe to use.

The main bracket is made of cold plate anti-corrosion spray coating and aluminum alloy material, which has strong anti-corrosion and anti-oxidation characteristics. The pot liner is made of stainless steel material, with a compact structure, durability, and beautiful appearance.

The sealing system adopts a combination of polytetrafluoroethylene rotating shaft and fluororubber gasket for sealing, which can maintain high vacuum degree.

The piston type feeding valve is fitted with a PTFE extension tube, which can continuously feed to the evaporator bottle under vacuum, making it convenient for customers to use.

Vertical double-layer serpentine coil glass condenser ensures high recovery rate.

● Control the power switch for rotation and heating, with a dual toggle button (ON-OFF) for easy operation.

Electronic infinite speed regulation, fine tuned by twisting, simple and easy to operate.

Temperature display of constant temperature bath pot, Cu50 sensor at the bottom of the pot+stainless steel probe, fast and accurate temperature transmission.

The main engine is electrically adjustable, and the up and down buttons can be operated (or manually adjusted) according to needs.

The rotating and heating dual fuse has high safety protection performance.
