Stainless steel circular weights: grades E1/E2/F1/F2/M1/M2, weight 1mg-1000kg, available in various specifications

Stainless steel square weights: grade F2/M1/M2, weight 1kg2kg5kg10kg20kg25kg is a standard available in stock, and can also be customized with large single square weights ranging from 100kg to 1000kg

Stainless steel lock type weight: In fact, square weight can also be called lock type weight, with a grade of F2/M1/M2 and a weight of 1kg2kg5kg10kg20kg25kg. It is a regular specification available in stock, and can also be customized with a single lock type weight ranging from 100kg to 1000kg

Stainless steel hook weights: grades F1/F2/M1/M2 can be made with weights ranging from 20g to 1000kg. This belongs to non-standard weights that do not have stock and need to be customized according to order requirements.

Stainless steel pound weights: Weights measured in pounds are not purchased by many customers, and some export distributors require more. Their grades are generally F2/M1/M2, with weights ranging from 0.01 pounds to 100 pounds.

Stainless steel Newton weights: weights measured in newtons, used for force testing experiments, purchased by many customers, with grades ranging from F2/M1/M2 and weight values between 0.01N and 1000N

Stainless steel C-type weight: a circular weight with added weight, which is used for experimental testing by stacking with side notches. Its grades include F1/F2/M1/M2, with weight values ranging from 1g to 25kg. It is not suitable for making too heavy weights, as there may be concerns about difficulty in handling them.

Understand the main differences between carbon steel weights and stainless steel weights

1. Different colors: Stainless steel weights contain more chromium and nickel metals, and their exterior colors are mostly silver bright. Carbon steel weights are mainly made of carbon and iron alloys, with relatively few other metallic elements. The main color on the surface is iron, which is much darker in color.

2. Different patterns: Stainless steel weights contain more other metal elements and have a smooth surface, while carbon steel weights contain more iron and carbon, with an iron like nature and a surface that is not as smooth as stainless steel.

3. Different magnetism: The surface of carbon steel weights has magnetism and can be attracted by magnets. Stainless steel is not magnetic under normal circumstances and will not be attracted by magnets.

4. Different carbon elements: Carbon steel weights mainly refer to steel whose mechanical properties depend on the carbon content of the steel, and generally do not add a large amount of alloy metal elements. Among them, the carbon content WC is less than 2%, and stainless steel has a lower carbon content to maintain corrosion resistance, not more than 1.2%.

5. Different alloy contents: Carbon steel weights contain very few alloying elements, only a small amount of silicon, manganese, sulfur, and phosphorus. Stainless steel contains more gold elements, with chromium and nickel accounting for more than 12%.

6. Different corrosion resistance: Carbon steel weights contain less alloying elements and have weak corrosion resistance, while stainless steel weights contain more chromium nickel metal and have strong corrosion resistance.

Used for laboratory balance testing of 1g-20kg weightsUsage tips:

1. Before using the weight, use a specialized cleaning brush and wiping cloth to remove dust and other stains from the surface of the weight.

2. It is strictly prohibited to touch weights directly with hands.

When using weights, please wear specialized gloves and use specialized tools to clamp the weights.

(Please refer to the "Weight Attachment" for gloves and tools)

3. Before conducting balance testing or weight comparison, the weights need to be kept at a constant temperature to achieve the atmospheric conditions of the laboratory,

Otherwise, it will have an impact on the test results.

4. After use, the weights must be stored in the original packaging box.
