Overview

The LC series vertical long shaft pump is a single suction, single-stage, or multi-stage vertical segmental or guide vane suspended pump (API 610 VS1 pump). It is a hydraulic model of a long shaft pump introduced from an internationally renowned enterprise in our factory. Based on the problems encountered during the use of long shaft pumps in China, we have developed a vertical long shaft pump suitable for various environments. It is suitable for transporting clean water and sewage containing certain solid particles (such as iron filings, sand particles, coal powder, etc.), corrosive industrial wastewater, and seawater; The temperature of the conveyed liquid shall not exceed 80 ℃. Widely used in primary water treatment plants, sewage treatment plants, metallurgical and steel industries (especially in the industry where iron oxide skin water is transported by vortex tanks), power plants, mines, municipal engineering, and agricultural water conservancy projects. This series of products has been proven by numerous users to have reliable performance, smooth operation, and all indicators meet national standards!

In general, when the pump diameter is below 1000mm, the pump rotor is in a non withdrawable form; The axial water thrust and rotor weight of the pump are generally borne by the thrust bearing of the pump body, and an elastic connection is used between the pump and the motor; The electric motor and pump are directly installed on the same foundation layer, and the pump discharge is arranged on top of the foundation layer.

If it is necessary to arrange the pump discharge below the foundation layer and design the pump rotor in a pumpable form, or if the axial water thrust and rotor weight of the pump are borne by the motor, special design must be carried out by contacting our company.

LC type vertical long shaft pump with inlet vertically downward and outlet horizontally, single foundation installation, pump and motor directly connected; When viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates counterclockwise and its main features are:

1. Using hydraulic design software to optimize the design, the performance is superior, and the abrasion resistance of the impeller and guide vanes is fully considered, greatly improving the service life of vulnerable parts such as the impeller; The product runs smoothly, safely and reliably, and is efficient and energy-saving.

2. The inlet of the water pump is equipped with a filter screen with an appropriate opening size, which effectively prevents large particles and impurities from entering the pump and damaging it, while minimizing inlet losses and improving pump efficiency.

3. The impeller adopts a balance hole to balance the axial force, and the front and rear cover plates of the impeller are equipped with replaceable sealing rings to protect the impeller and pump body.

4. The pump intermediate shaft, lifting pipe, and protective pipe are multi section, and the intermediate shaft adopts sleeve coupling technology. The number of lifting pipes can be adjusted according to user needs to adapt to different underwater depths. The impeller and guide vane body are multi-stage, suitable for different head requirements.

5. The water pump lifting pipe is connected by a flange with a guide bearing in the middle. The water pump guide bearing adopts reinforced filled polytetrafluoroethylene or Canadian Sailong bearings, or nitrile rubber (used for medium temperatures above 55 ℃) can be used. The shaft is protected by a protective tube, and when transporting sewage, the guide bearing must be externally connected with cooling and lubricating water.

6. The residual axial force of the pump and the weight of the rotor components are borne by the thrust bearings inside the motor seat or by the motor with thrust bearings. The thrust bearing is lubricated with thin oil and cooled with external water. The thrust bearing can be embedded with temperature control components.

7. The shaft seal of the pump is a packing seal, and replaceable shaft sleeves are installed at the shaft seal and guide bearing to protect the shaft. The axial position of the impeller is adjusted by the upper end of the bearing component or the adjusting nut inside the pump coupling, which is very convenient.

8. The water pump can be equipped with a control cabinet, which has multiple functions such as automatic start stop and overload alarm based on liquid level, real-time remote monitoring, etc. It can achieve remote centralized control of multiple pumps through networking. Pumps with a diameter greater than 500mm are equipped with an automatic exhaust system.
