Product Description:

The Kela pipe production line uses high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin as the main raw material, adopts hot winding molding process, and uses polypropylene (PP) single-walled corrugated pipe as the supporting structure to form B-row structural pipes with high external pressure resistance. It is commonly known as Kela pipe, treasury pipe or inner ribbed pipe in China. The Kra tube production line, also known as the inner rib tube production line or the hot state winding structure wall tube production line, produces Kra tube materials with smooth inner surfaces and a circular reinforced structure on the outside. It has high ring stiffness, strong impact resistance, and hot melt sealed connections, making it a truly flexible tube material.

1. The extruder platform and winding platform use precision linear guides for forward, backward, and longitudinal movement, controlled by servo motors;

• Auxiliary equipment section:

1. Trimming device: The hydraulic lift truck that travels horizontally transfers the demolded pipes from the pipe rack to the trimming rack, and trims the pipe socket to meet the appearance quality requirements of the pipes. At the same time, an electric fuse is embedded in the socket, and the pipe material is inspected and weighed.

2. PP corrugated pipe production line: dual module design, uniquely designed cooling system, production speed block, high efficiency.
