2. In order to achieve universality, only 4 out of 72 specifications of water pumps have shafts, bearings, and coupling covers, reducing spare parts and facilitating maintenance and management.
3. Adopting an open door structure, the pump body and bearing body are separated from the back of the impeller. During maintenance, there is no need to disassemble the pump body and inlet and outlet pipelines. Simply disconnect the coupling and move the motor to remove the impeller and other components for maintenance

The suction pressure is ≤ 1.6MPa, or the maximum working pressure of the pump system is ≤ 1.6MPa, that is, the pump suction inlet pressure+pump head is ≤ 1.6MPa, and the pump static pressure test pressure is 2.5MPa. Please specify the system working pressure when ordering. When the working pressure of the pump system is greater than 1.6MPa, it should be separately stated when ordering, so that the overcurrent and connection parts of the pump can be made of cast steel materials during manufacturing.

6、 Start and stop:Preparation before starting:
1. Test whether the motor rotation is correct. From the motor end, the KTB pump rotates clockwise. The test time should be short to avoid dry wear of the mechanical seal.
2. Open the exhaust to fill the entire pump body with liquid, and then close the exhaust valve when it is full.
3. Check if all parts are normal.
4. Manually rotate the pump to allow lubricant to enter the mechanical seal end face.
5. High temperature type should be preheated first, with a heating rate of 50 ℃/hour to ensure uniform heating of all parts.
start:
1. Fully open the inlet valve. 2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline. 3. Start the motor and observe if the pump is running correctly. 4. Adjust the opening of the outlet valve to the desired operating conditions. If the user has a flow or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, the pump should be operated at the specified point in the performance parameter table by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve. If the user has a flow or pressure gauge installed at the pump outlet, the motor current of the pump should be measured by adjusting the opening of the outlet valve to operate within the rated current. Otherwise, it will cause the pump to operate at overload (i.e. high current operation) and cause the motor to burn out. The opening size of the outlet valve that is adjusted correctly is related to the working conditions of the pipeline. 5. Check the leakage of the shaft seal, and under normal circumstances, the mechanical seal leakage should be less than 3 drops per minute. 6. Check that the temperature rise at the motor and bearings is ≤ 70 ℃.
parking:
2. The high-temperature type should first cool down, with a cooling rate of less than 10 ℃/minute, and then lower the temperature to below 80 ℃ before parking. 2. Close the valve of the discharge pipeline. 3. Stop the motor. 4. Close the inlet valve. 5. If parking for a long time, the liquid in the pump should be drained completely.
7、 Product maintenance:1. Maintenance during operation:
(1) The imported pipeline must be filled with liquid, and the pump is prohibited from running for a long time in a cavitation state. (2) Regularly check the motor current value and ensure it does not exceed the motor rated current. (3) After long-term operation of the pump, if the noise and vibration of the unit increase due to mechanical wear, it should be stopped for inspection. If necessary, vulnerable parts and bearings can be replaced.
2. Mechanical seal maintenance:
(1) Mechanical seal lubrication should be clean and free of solid particles. (2) Mechanical seals are strictly prohibited from working under dry grinding conditions. (3) Before starting, the pump (motor) should be turned a few times to avoid sudden starting causing damage to the graphite ring. (4) The allowable deviation for sealing leakage is 3 drops per minute. Otherwise, it should be checked.
