1. The refrigeration capacity and cooling water flow rate indicated in the table refer to the parameters under the operating conditions of a cooling water inlet temperature of 30 degrees, an outlet temperature of 33 degrees, and an evaporation temperature of -120 degrees.

Condenser: The washable water-cooled condenser adopts reinforced heat exchange tubes with an outer diameter of 19mm (inner fins and outer ribs), which are expanded on the tube plate. The water side is designed to withstand a pressure of 10 bar, and the fluorine side is designed to withstand a pressure of 25 bar. It is also equipped with a safety valve to ensure the safety of the equipment.
Evaporator: Adopting a dry direct expansion evaporator, fluorine flows inside the enhanced heat exchange tube, and the water side is designed with a pressure of 10 bar; The design pressure on the fluorine side is 25 bar. The evaporator is wrapped with 40-60mm thick soft closed cell rubber sponge insulation material, which effectively prevents heat transfer between the evaporator and the outside air of the machine room, reducing energy loss.
Condensation evaporator: A dry direct expansion evaporator is used, with the cold side flowing inside the enhanced heat exchange tube at a design pressure of 16 bar and the hot side inside the shell at a design pressure of 25 bar. The shell is wrapped with 40mm thick soft closed cell rubber sponge insulation material, which effectively prevents heat transfer with the outside air and reduces energy loss.
Oil separator: A centrifugal spiral secondary oil separator is used to further separate the refrigerant oil in the exhaust, improving the reliability and heat transfer efficiency of the equipment and enhancing efficiency.
Electrical control: All components for starting and controlling the unit are installed in the electrical control box, wired and functionally tested by the factory. The electrical control part includes: touch screen, Siemens PLC controller, main contactor, molded case circuit breaker, etc. The equipment is equipped with an emergency stop device to ensure the safety of the operators.
Water flow switch: The equipment is equipped with two target type water flow switches at the factory, which are connected to the cooling water and chilled water pipelines to ensure automatic shutdown of the equipment in case of water shortage or interruption.
