The KSC70D-5LII/1 oil pot blow molding machine is designed for small volume special hollow blow molding products This machine is capable of producing oil pots ranging from five milliliters to 5L, as well as some other small bottle blowing machine products in milliliters. The machine can be configured with two die head, the third mock examination head or four die head to produce small volume and large batch products. The fully automatic oil pot bottle blowing machine has stable performance, durable components, and a cycle time of up to 4.6 seconds. Its very fast automatic process improves efficiency and makes it more convenient and safe for production and operation. The mold uses special steel, and the mold head system adopts central feeding to ensure the natural fusion of the product's fusion line. Control System Overview: Human Machine Interface Controller, Mitsubishi Programmable Logic Controller imported from Japan, Omron Relay. The bottle blowing machine adopts PID temperature controller components from Taiwan and hydraulic imported parts to ensure the stability, advancement, and simple operation control of the machine
