The constant temperature and humidity weighing system is a product developed by our company to meet the requirements of the Ministry of Environmental Protection's new HJ836-2017 "Determination of Low Concentration Weight for Fixed Pollution Sources" regarding the weighing conditions after sampling. A high-precision balance is placed in a constant temperature and humidity environment, and the sample to be weighed is placed in a constant temperature and humidity box for 24 hours to balance before weighing. It solves the problem of the influence of changes in laboratory environment temperature and humidity on the weighing results of samples, improves the accuracy of weighing sample results, and is also used for weighing other samples with high requirements for symmetrical weighing environments.

It can also view temperature and humidity historical data through recording;

The constant temperature and humidity box adopts a reasonable circulating air method, with gentle wind force and reasonable wind direction, which not only ensures uniform temperature and humidity inside the box, but also does not interfere with the weighing of the balance due to strong wind force;

The compressor unit adopts an independent system design and operates as a separate transportation system, effectively avoiding the influence of compressor vibration on the weighing balance.

The compressor adopts intermittent cooling or continuous cooling mode.

The heating and cooling system is independent.

Standard purified water circulation supply method for humidification.

There are two operation entrances on the box, which are isolated with latex gloves to avoid the influence of manual operation on constant temperature and humidity conditions.

Overall equipment overheating, overload, leakage protection, compressor overpressure protection, low voltage protection.

In case of sudden situations such as leakage, sound and light alarms, automatic shutdown after alarm, and other protections.

The system is equipped with constant temperature, constant humidity, and four levels of shock resistance. The entire system is a standard balance room, and the weighing process complies with HJ656-2013 standards, ensuring the accuracy of weighing.
