Substation Integrated Automation System: Monitor the power consumption of the 35kV medium and high voltage side of the enterprise through a system diagram, and refresh the data in real time.

Power monitoring: Monitor the power consumption of the 0.4kV low-voltage side of the enterprise, provide functions such as distribution room monitoring, DC screen monitoring, reactive power compensation cabinet monitoring, accident recall, fault recording, and power reporting.

Power Quality: Provide steady-state monitoring, harmonic spectrum, steady-state curve, harmonic curve, SOE event and other parameters for enterprise power quality testers.

Electrical safety: Provide leakage and cable temperature measurement, as well as electrical contact temperature measurement.

Electricity statistics: Provides functions such as electricity consumption collection, electricity consumption statistics, time-based electricity consumption statistics, electricity consumption analysis on a month on month basis, and grouped electricity consumption statistics.

2.2. Project Scope

Design a customized AcrelEMS enterprise microgrid energy efficiency management platform based on the actual needs and situation of the project, using B/S architecture.

2.2.1 This project sets up an enterprise microgrid energy efficiency management platform, with the main platform placed in the monitoring center duty room of the enterprise, and workstations deployed locally to obtain data from their respective regions or sub functional modules. The platform adopts an open layered distributed network structure, mainly composed of device layer, transport layer, data layer, and application layer.

1.2 The equipment layer mainly consists of various monitoring, metering, protection, governance, and control equipment, including multifunctional power meters, water meters, flow meters, comprehensive protection devices, isolated power sources, reactive power compensation devices, harmonic control devices, intelligent lighting, charging piles, electrical contact temperature sensors, electrical fire monitoring instruments, fire equipment power monitoring instruments, fire door monitoring instruments, emergency lighting and evacuation indicator lights, surge monitoring and protection equipment, etc. Various types of equipment should provide multiple communication and networking methods to meet the requirements of relevant national product standards.

2.2.3 The data fusion terminal of the transport layer should have serial port, network port Lora、 Multiple communication interfaces such as fiber optic cables can be used, and the connection method with equipment layer products can be flexibly selected according to the on-site situation. At the same time, it should support multiple communication protocols such as Modbus, 103, 645, OPC UA, BACNet, etc., with strong compatibility. It can collect data from different types of products, compress and encrypt the data, upload it to the platform, and support local storage to achieve breakpoint continuation and power loss alarm functions, ensuring stable, safe, and reliable data transmission. The platform data layer stores monitoring, alarm, business, operation logs, and other data, and provides external data access interfaces for third-party systems to use. It needs to have strong data reception, processing, storage, and access capabilities.

2.2.4 The application layer integrates functions such as electrical comprehensive monitoring, power monitoring, power statistics, electrical safety, power quality analysis and governance, intelligent lighting, prepaid services, etc. Users can obtain data through browsers and mobile apps, and through one platform, they can centrally monitor, dispatch, and operate the enterprise's electricity consumption globally and as a whole, while meeting the requirements of reliable, safe, energy-saving, efficient, and orderly electricity consumption for the enterprise

4. Operating environment and basic requirements

4.1. Hardware configuration requirements

To make AcrelEMSMicrogrid Energy Efficiency Management SystemThe platform works normally, and the host for installing system software needs to meet the following hardware conditions:

CPU: Intel Xeon Silver 4210

Memory: 16GB DDR4 or above;

Hard drive: 2-10T (solid-state) hard drive;

4.2. Software Operating Environment

The AcrelEMS enterprise microgrid energy efficiency management platform mainly runs on Microsoft's Windows Server 2019 64 bit (Simplified Chinese) and above operating system platforms. Use Google, 360 (Speed Mode), and Firefox browsers to access the web.

4.3. Computer Room Requirements

The lightning protection and grounding design of the system room where this monitoring system is located should meet the requirements of personal safety and normal operation of electronic information systems, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standards "Code for Design of Lightning Protection of Buildings" GB 50057 and "Technical Code for Lightning Protection of Building Electronic Information Systems" GB 50343. The environment in which the monitoring computer and communication acquisition device are located should meet the following requirements:
