1. Dynamic plate locking mold, long service life of pull rod
When locking the high-pressure mold, the four tension rods are subjected to the same force, the tension rods are fixed without any bias load, and the tension rods do not break.
The pull rod passes through the interior of the locking cylinder and does not come into contact with the sealing components inside the cylinder, reducing extrusion oil leakage.
The rear locking oil cylinder is balanced with the mold to prevent forward tilting and increase the stability of the mold opening and closing.

4. Before starting, check if the temperature of the cylinder meets the set requirements.

6. It is strictly prohibited for operators to change injection molding parameters without authorization.

If there is an abnormality in the equipment or mold, manual operation must be set and the hydraulic motor must be turned off before operation.
11. When the machine is running, no part of the body or any object should be placed between the moving parts of the injection molding machine.
During machine operation, it is prohibited to operate on the safety door on the opposite side.
13. It is strictly prohibited to operate the shooting table to impact the fixed mold while starting the mold.
