The equipment supports continuous automated operation and can synchronously complete processes such as filtration, washing, drying, unloading, and filter cloth regeneration. The mother liquor and washing solution can be collected in sections, making it suitable for small-scale production or laboratory scenarios.

Vacuum box and lifting device:

The vacuum box is connected in sections as a whole, with each section having a pipe opening connected to the liquid collection manifold to form a vacuum liquid collection system.

At the same time, a lifting mechanism was designed to facilitate the replacement of friction belts.

Correction device:

Using cylinders or airbags to automatically correct the deviation of the filter cloth by rotating it to a certain angle, ensuring the normal operation of the filter cloth.

The tensioning device adjusts the tension of the tape through a screw to ensure that the tape has sufficient friction and does not deviate.

Using process water spray to clean filter cloth and tape, and equipped with a vacuum suction tube sealed box, this can ensure a clean work site. The nozzle adopts the products of American spray Company, which can fully ensure the cleaning effect.

Rinsing process:
