When the vacuum chamber is connected to the vacuum system, a vacuum filtration zone will be formed on the tape, and the filtrate will pass through the filter cloth, collect through the transverse grooves on the tape, and enter the vacuum chamber through small holes. Solid particles will be trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake. The liquid entering the vacuum chamber is then discharged outside the machine through a gas water separator. With the movement of the rubber belt, the formed filter cake will enter the filter cake washing area and the suction drying area in sequence. Finally, the filter cloth and tape will separate, and the filter cake will be discharged at the filter cake unloading roller.
