Belt dewatering machinecore structure
The equipment adopts a modular design for easy transportation and installation, and the key core components are as follows:
Vacuum system: including vacuum pump and vacuum box, vacuum pump is mostly water ring type, which can form a vacuum pressure of -0.05-0MPa; The vacuum box is connected in sections and forms a water seal with the adhesive tape through a circular friction belt, ensuring stable vacuum and reducing operating resistance.
Conveying and filtering components: including circular rubber belts and filter cloth. The rubber tape has high tensile strength and is equipped with drainage grooves and drainage holes on the surface to prevent liquid from causing delamination of the tape; The filter cloth runs synchronously on the tape and is the core filtering medium for intercepting solid particles.
Auxiliary support device: including airbag type filter cloth correction device, which can automatically correct filter cloth deviation; Screw type tape tensioning device to avoid tape deviation during operation; There is also a process water jet filter cloth cleaning device, equipped with imported nozzles, to ensure the regeneration effect of the filter cloth.
Intelligent control system: It can be integrated with remote DCS systems and equipped with components such as frequency converters, ultrasonic thickness gauges, limit switches, etc. It can achieve functions such as speed adjustment, filter cake thickness monitoring, and deviation alarm. At the same time, it is equipped with a rope type emergency stop switch to ensure operational safety.
Belt dewatering machineworking principle
The slurry is evenly distributed on the moving filter cloth and drainage belt through the feeding box, and the steam hood at the feeding end can remove the gas in the slurry in advance.
After the vacuum box under the tape is connected to the vacuum system, a filtration zone is formed. Under the action of vacuum suction, the filtrate passes through the filter cloth and merges into the vacuum chamber through the grooves and drainage holes on the tape. Solid particles are trapped on the filter cloth to form a filter cake.
With the continuous operation of the tape, the filter cake enters the washing zone and the suction zone in sequence, and is washed by the flushing tube and further dehydrated to reduce the moisture content.
When running to the discharge end, the filter cloth separates from the tape, and the filter cake is unloaded at the discharge roller; After unloading the slag, the filter cloth is washed and regenerated by the cleaning device, and then enters the filtration area again after correction and tensioning, starting the next cycle.
