ErgoSIM Industrial Design and User Experience Environment Simulation LaboratoryIt is a scientific physical environment simulation ergonomics laboratory for industrial design and user experience, independently innovated and configured by Beijing Jinfa Technology Co., Ltd. based on the theories of "human machine environment" and "human information physics" systems. Suitable for ergonomic research on products, materials, interfaces, interaction design, and other aspects based on different physical environments.
The laboratory is based on the ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform, which collects real-time data from people, machines, and the environment to analyze the task performance, cognitive load, emotional arousal, fatigue, comfort, and other situations of personnel in different physical environments (including light environment, sound environment, thermal environment, microclimate environment, etc.), in order to complete ergonomic research and optimization work in different physical environments.
ErgoSIM Industrial Design and User Experience Environment Simulation LaboratoryIncludes a main control observation room and several physical environment simulation ergonomic testing rooms. The entire laboratory is equipped with five major experimental platforms:
ErgoSIM Industrial Design and User Experience Environment Simulation LaboratoryIt consists of three parts: a physical environment simulation system, a multi-dimensional data synchronization testing system for human-machine environment, and a multi-dimensional data analysis and artificial intelligence platform for human-machine environment. The physical environment simulation system includes various physical environment simulation modules (including light environment, sound environment, thermal environment, microclimate environment, etc.), environmental attribute acquisition, environmental simulation control system, and environmental monitoring and testing system. The human-machine environment data synchronization acquisition system includes ErgoLAB human-machine environment synchronization cloud platform, physiological recording system, EEG measurement system, eye tracking system, near-infrared brain imaging system, biomechanical measurement system, motion capture system, spatiotemporal behavior acquisition system, human vibration dynamic analysis system, physical environment testing system, etc. The human-machine environment data synchronization analysis system includes ErgoLAB human-machine engineering analysis system, spatiotemporal behavior analysis system, interactive behavior analysis system, action posture ergonomics analysis system, EEG EEG analysis module, advanced eye tracking analysis module, behavior observation analysis module, facial expression tracking and analysis module, HRV heart rate variability analysis module, EDA skin electric response analysis module, EMG electromyography analysis module, RESP respiratory analysis module, General general signal analysis module, etc.
ErgoSIM Industrial Design and User Experience Environment Simulation LaboratoryIt can simulate various physical environments, including different light environments, sound environments, thermal environments, microclimates, etc., and use a multi-dimensional data synchronization testing system for human-machine environments, as well as multi-dimensional data analysis and artificial intelligence platforms for testing and analysis to achieve ergonomic analysis of products, interactions, interface design, etc. under different physical conditions.
In the process of ergonomic research on physical environment simulation, real-time synchronization of subjective and objective multidimensional data is required, including subjective questionnaires, scales, behavioral experimental paradigms, objective multi-channel data such as eye movement, physiology, behavior, EEG, biomechanics, brain imaging, action posture, etc., machine data such as simulator data, human-computer interaction data, and various environmental indicators. A human factors study that combines subjective and objective data from various dimensions such as cognitive ability, workload, mental fatigue, and emotional state can be conducted to further evaluate and optimize product design, interface design, interaction design, and more.
