working principle
Vibration velocity sensors are mainly installed on the bearing covers of various rotating mechanical devices, such as turbines, compressors, fans, and pumps. It is an electromagnetic sensor that outputs voltage by cutting magnetic field lines with a moving coil. The output voltage is proportional to the vibration velocity, hence it is called a vibration velocity sensor. Therefore, it has the characteristics of not requiring power supply during operation and easy installation. Installation position: Installed vertically or horizontally on the tested vibration point.

The vibration speed sensor is equipped with LH6012 vibration monitoring and protection device, HZD-B-9F vibration transmitter, which can measure the bearing vibration of various rotating machinery, detect various faults of rotating machinery early, output standard 4-20mA current signal, and send it to PLC, DCS, DEH system, etc. It can achieve continuous and long-term vibration monitoring and protection of rotating machinery, suitable for vibration measurement and protection of large mechanical equipment such as steam turbines, fans, water pumps, and coal mills.

Function Description:
The measured value and alarm set value can be displayed separately on the LED digital tube.
