The AI-7xx8 series multi-channel testing and control instrument can provide 6 inputs of various types of thermocouples or two-wire heating resistors, as well as 4 inputs of three wire heating resistors; SSR solid-state relay voltage output; It can be used independently or in conjunction with a computer or programmable logic controller (PLC). This instrument can choose 24VDC or 100-240VAC power supply voltage, and has passed ISO9001 quality certification, with high reliability and compliance with EMC electromagnetic compatibility standards; Its power supply and all I/O terminals have passed the 6KV group pulse (EFT) anti-interference test, and can work reliably in strong interference environments. The application of Yudian's new generation technology enables multi-channel input to achieve the same accuracy and anti-interference ability as single channel measurement. The main functions of the instrument are as follows:
Supports up to 6 programmable measurement input circuits, including PT100, Cu50, K, S, E, J, B, N, T, WRe5-WRe26, and other specifications of inputs. The thermocouple automatically compensates for cold ends. Input digital correction, each input circuit has digital filtering, and the filtering strength can be independently adjusted or cancelled.
By using high-performance components, temperature drift is greatly reduced and mutual interference between channels is minimized, resulting in multi-channel measurements reaching a level of accuracy and anti-interference performance comparable to single channel measuring instruments.
Each circuit of the instrument can independently set upper, lower, or deviation alarm output functions, and its alarm output position (AL1 or AL2) can be programmed. The upper or lower limit alarm signals of different input circuits can be programmed to be output from the same alarm channel or from different channels.
