The ingredient tank adopts a vertical single-layer structure, and the tank body is made of 3.0mm thick stainless steel 304 material, with the outer wall treated with stainless steel wire drawing and polishing. The tank body is formed by double-sided welding with argon arc welding, and then simply polished and polished. The bottom plate is tapered and discharged towards the center, making it easy to discharge the material without any residue, and the overall appearance is beautiful and generous. The mixing system is installed on the top of the batching tank, and reinforced channel steel and embedded devices are welded at the installation and fixing position of the reducer to better and more firmly fix the mixing device. The mixing adopts a cycloidal pinwheel reducer and a motor integrated machine, with a mixing speed of 60 revolutions per minute. The bottom center is equipped with a DN25 quick connect clamp for the discharge port, which is a ball valve. Like the prototype, the height of the discharge port from the ground is 1130mm. There is a feeding port on the top of the tank, and a movable cover plate is installed on the feeding port. The blade form is the same as the prototype, with two DN25 inlet ports at the top. The bottom support foot of the ingredient tank is made of 12 # channel steel, and a stainless steel reinforcement plate is welded at the welding foot of the tank body.
