2、 Main structureEmulsified Asphalt Load Wheel Rolling Tester
1. Instrument construction

⑴ Fixed seat: used to fix this instrument on a flat workbench or operating floor.

⑵ Counterweight plate: The counterweight requirement is that the total weight of the trolley when placed flat is 56.7kg.
⑶ Rolling wheel: a rubber wheel used for rolling samples.
⑷ Sample tray: Place the sample made according to the specified requirements in the sample tray.
⑸ Cranked trolley: driven by an electric motor, the rolling wheel rotates back and forth in a straight line.
Motor: AC380V/50Hz motor.
⑺ Proximity switch: As the switch for counting the back and forth motion of this instrument.
Control panel: The control panel of this instrument (as described below).
Main power switch: Three phase air switch. Turn on this switch to connect the instrument to the working power supply.
Special attention: After turning on the main power switch, the instrument will be powered on. The operator must operate with caution and pay attention to safety!
2. Control panelEmulsified Asphalt Load Wheel Rolling Tester

⑴ Stop button: Press this button to stop the motor that is already running and can be used as an emergency stop.
⑵ Counting controller: The set value column displays the set value, and you can first set the number of times you need to run the roller in the set value column. The count value column is the number of times the instrument has been run. Pressing the "RST" key can reset this column to zero. After starting to run, the count value column will be added, and it will automatically stop when it reaches the set value.
⑶ Power switch: This switch only works when the main power switch is turned on, and can be used for rolling tests.
Special note: This switch is not used as a power-off switch for the load wheel compaction tester. The instrument will only cut off the working power after the main power switch is turned off!
⑷ Run button: Press this button, and the instrument will start the test according to the pre-set number of rolling runs.
