It is driven by a 380V/220V/110V AC power supply and controlled by a 4-20mA current signal or a 0-10V DC voltage signal, which can move the valve to the desired position and achieve its automatic control.
Stainless steel silica sol high platform floating ball valve belongs to a category of ball valves, with the main difference being that it has an additional platform compared to flange ball valves. The main function of the platform is to install automatic control devices such as electric and pneumatic ones. The platform is easy to disassemble and assemble. It has some inherent structural characteristics, such as frictionless switches, durable seals, and low opening and closing torque. This can reduce the specifications of the accompanying actuator. Equipped with a multi turn electric actuator, it can achieve adjustment and tight cutting of the medium. Widely applicable to working conditions such as petrochemicals and ammonia that require strict cut-off.

Explosion proof electric actuators have summarized various shortcomings of electric actuators. Shell - Due to the use of high-quality aluminum alloy, it is lightweight. And the inner and outer surfaces are treated with anodizing, and the outer surface is coated with polyester powder, which has strong corrosion resistance. 2. Motor - Adopting SPG squirrel cage motor with large output torque and built-in thermal protection switch for temperature control, it can prevent damage to the motor. 3. Manual structure - When not powered, manually operate by pulling the clutch handle. When powered on, the clutch automatically resets. 4. Position indicator - The indicator is installed on the central axis and can observe the position of the valve. And there are indicator lights (SLU) available for selection. 5. Drying machine - used to control temperature, prevent condensation of moisture inside the actuator, and keep the internal electrical components dry. 6. Limit switch - controlled by a cam mechanism, a simple adjustment mechanism can accurately and conveniently set the position. 7. Torque switch (except HQ-008) - can provide overload protection to prevent damage to the motor. (Set before leaving the factory, please do not change the settings casually). 8. Self locking - With self-locking function, it prevents reverse rotation and ensures stable and reliable rotating parts. 9. Installation - The bottom installation dimensions comply with the ISO5211 standard, and the drive shaft sleeve can be removed for processing as needed, with strong adaptability. It can be installed vertically or horizontally. 10. Wiring terminals - The wiring layout is compact and reasonable, with a diameter of 2.5mm, high pressure, and firm connection. 11. Worm gear - adopts a concave wheel design, with a large contact surface with the worm, a large transmission torque, smooth and wear-resistant, and a long service life.
