When the dusty gas enters the gas distribution chamber of the ceramic multi tube dust collector through the main intake pipe, and then enters the annular gap between the ceramic cyclone body and the guide vane, the guide vane changes the gas from linear motion to circular motion. The majority of the rotating airflow follows the cyclone body in a spiral shape downwards from the cylindrical body, flowing towards the cone. The dusty gas generates centrifugal force during the rotation process, throwing dust particles with a density greater than that of the gas towards the cylinder wall. When dust particles come into contact with the cylinder wall, they lose their inertial force and rely on the momentum of the inlet velocity and downward gravity to fall along the wall into the ash discharge port and enter the main ash hopper. When the rotating downward external swirling airflow reaches the lower end of the cone, due to the contraction of the cone, it continues to spiral in the same direction of rotation from bottom to top along the axis of the cyclone tube (clean air). It enters the exhaust chamber through the ceramic cyclone body exhaust pipe and is discharged from the main exhaust port. After that, the smoke passes through it. In order to facilitate the maintenance of the dust removal system and cope with emergency situations, it is possible to build a bypass flue according to the conditions.
