What is the price of a diver construction team? - Which diving engineering company is good? - What is the cost of a frogman underwater operation service company
Jiangsu Huahang Underwater Engineering Co., Ltd. is located in Yancheng, Jiangsu, which is known as the 'Eastern Wetland Capital'. This place is bordered by the Yellow Sea to the east and the lake to the west. The Xinchang Railway, Ningjing Salt, Coastal and other highways extend from here, making water, land and air transportation convenient. Here, cranes dance on the mudflat, deer gallop, and many guests and friends at home and abroad are reluctant to leave because of the cultural convergence, beauty and richness. Our company is a private enterprise specializing in high-altitude construction engineering, underwater operation engineering, underwater cutting and welding, underwater installation and dismantling, and underwater leak prevention engineering.

To ensure the safe and smooth progress of the diving operation project, our company, based on the relevant information provided by the owner and the main construction unit, combined with the on-site investigation and underwater conditions of the diving operation area, and after careful discussion and exercise with the diving expert group, jointly formulated this plan for reference by relevant parties.
Compilation basis:
(1) Relevant drawings and technical requirements required for diving operations
(2) Quality and Occupational Health and Safety Management Manual QS/DJDJ-HB-2008
(3) Regulations on Safety Management of Water and Underwater Construction Operations in the People's Republic of China
(4) Diving Regulations of the People's Republic of China
(5) General Rules for Diving and Underwater Operations, First and Second Editions
(6) Management Measures for Air Diving Operations
(7) Regulations on Air Diving Decompression Operations
The company currently has an Engineering Technology Department, a Safety Production Department, an Engineering Bidding Office, an Outward Construction Department, a Financial Audit Department, and a Legal Affairs Department; Under its jurisdiction are the Underwater Operations Department and the Leak Prevention Engineering Department. Since its establishment, the company has adhered to the path of technological innovation, boldly adopted the new technology of "scaffolding free high-altitude suspension operation", and paid attention to reputation and quality. With the business philosophy of "honesty as the foundation, quality as the key to victory", the company serves the north and south of the country and inside and outside the Great Wall. Due to being a special type of work, the company has set up offices in many cities across the country, such as Beijing, Tianjin, Shanghai, Chongqing, Shenyang, Tangshan, Zhengzhou, Changsha, Wuhan, Liuzhou, Guangzhou, Hefei, Ningbo, Nanning, etc. All construction personnel of the company have undergone strict training from the safety and labor departments, and all frontline staff hold the "Special Industry Operation Certificate" and have long-term life insurance and pension insurance from insurance companies, solving the worries of employees.

The maintenance unit should attach importance to the training and improvement of the frogman team, regularly organize skills training, safety training, and experience exchange activities to enhance the frogman's technical level and safety awareness. At the same time, we should actively introduce new technologies, equipment, and methods to promote continuous innovation and improvement of underwater operation and maintenance technology.
After all equipment is debugged, diving assistants will assist divers in dressing up on the workboat. When the diver's helmet is submerged underwater, they will check whether the underwater communication equipment is unobstructed and whether the diving equipment is sealed. After confirming that everything is normal, they will notify the diver to prepare for diving; Before the diver dives, the auxiliary personnel need to first drill a 30 pound diving pile, allowing the diver to dive underwater along the diving pile and explore the underwater situation. They need to carefully explore all the cement piles that need to be cut off underwater, and report the underwater exploration situation to the surface staff to see if there is any discrepancy between the underwater situation and the one introduced by the party A. Then, based on the underwater exploration situation, they will study and determine the next construction plan.
The equipment and gear used for diving and underwater operations have a wide range and diverse forms, and safety must be ensured during the use of underwater operations.
Equipment directly related to the life of divers, such as diving helmets, diving masks, emergency gas cylinders, pressure regulators, etc., must be familiar models to divers and have established maintenance systems.
Diving operation support
(1) Divers must use a decompression frame or diving ladder when diving. Do not jump directly into the water, otherwise underwater obstacles or tools carried with you may harm the diver;
(2) Divers must operate according to the position and progress of the diving supervisor. Divers must report changes in depth at all times;
(3) Under normal circumstances, the underwater working time of divers should not exceed the appropriate time range of the pre selected plan;
(4) After the diver unloads or depressurizes from the water surface, the diving doctor should understand their reaction, conduct necessary physical examinations and follow-up observations. During the tracking and observation period, divers are generally not allowed to stay away from areas with pressurized cabins. The pressurized cabin should remain in standby mode for 8 hours after the diving is completed, and the gas storage tank should maintain sufficient gas volume for pressurized treatment;
(5) Diving that does not require decompression, within 12 hours after diving, diving that requires decompression, within 24 hours after diving, is not suitable for flying or traveling to high-altitude areas.

Due to the particularity of diving operations, personnel involved in operating, maintaining, and repairing diving equipment and equipment should receive technical training on the equipment and equipment used and have corresponding experience.
Diving supervisors should ensure that all diving equipment and gear are carefully inspected and tested to determine their condition and performance availability. All diving equipment and gear are not allowed to be used for diving operations without complete performance testing. The design of diving equipment must be able to continue operating in the event of a main power interruption by using batteries, energy storage devices (hydraulic or pneumatic power), or connecting to emergency generators.
The diving control station must be located as close as possible to the diving site, allowing diving supervisors to easily access all controlled areas. All instruments and display screens at the diving control station must maintain good visibility, and sufficient lighting must be provided for operations with poor visibility and at night. The configuration of fire-fighting equipment should be reasonable and must meet the requirements of immediate fire extinguishing and response in case of accidents.
Must have received training and practical experience in the following areas:
·Air diving procedures and techniques;
·Emergency diving procedures;
·Diving accident handling procedures;
·Be able to operate and use all equipment related to air diving correctly, including decompression chambers;
·Experience in using various air diving equipment;
·Familiarize oneself with the job one is engaged in.

Environmental protection, soil and water conservation guarantee system and measures
1. Establish a corresponding guarantee system based on the construction characteristics of this project to ensure that relevant work is implemented in practice.
2. Identify the environmental factors on site, including adhesive, repair adhesive, impregnation adhesive, waste of adhesive, household waste, solid waste discharge, water and electricity consumption, material consumption, etc.
3. The general environmental factors are mainly controlled through daily management, inspection, etc. For some major environmental factors, management plans are formulated and regularly inspected by relevant departments.
4. Construction waste and garbage are strictly prohibited from being dumped into side ditches and slopes. They should be removed at any time and transported to selected locations outside the highway in a centralized manner to reduce their impact on the road's water and soil system.
Construction period guarantee system and measures
To ensure the project schedule, the main tasks to be done during construction are as follows:
1. Seriously prepare the implementation of construction organization design and arrange the construction period reasonably;
2. Grasp the key links on the critical path, optimize the construction plan, and improve work efficiency;
3. Make good material planning to ensure sufficient material reserves;
